Loungewear

Lune Verte accepts returns on loungewear items in original condition (unworn, undamaged, and unaltered with original tags attached) up to 7 days from purchase receipt for a full refund. 

Applies to US domestic orders only. 

Only valid returns with designated RMA# will be eligible for a refund. 

To obtain an RMA#, please reach out to info@lunevertestudio.com and include the words RMA Request and your order# within the email subject line. 

Notification of refund will be sent via email. 

You are responsible for return shipping charges.

Exchanges

Lune Verte currently offers exchanges for loungewear for the same item in a different size or color only. 

• If you would like to exchange an item, please reach out to info@lunevertestudio.com within 7 days of purchase receipt. 

• Please specify the size and color you would like to exchange within your email.

• Please include the words Exchange Request and your order # within the email subject line. 

Exchanges are only available for US domestic orders.

Due to our small-batch production model, should the size or color requested not be available, valid exchange requests may be refunded in full, at the discretion of Lune Verte. 

Should this be the case, you will receive notification of refund via email. 

You are responsible for the return shipping charges to Lune Verte for exchange requests. 

In the event Lune Verte is able to issue an exchange, your new item will be shipped back to you at our cost.

International Orders

Lune Verte loves our international friends, however at this time all international orders are considered final sale - no returns or exchanges.
